Terms & Conditions for Sorykabus

Welcome to Sorykabus. By booking a ticket and using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before traveling with us.

1. Ticketing & Reservations

  • Tickets are valid only for the passenger named, the date, and the journey specified.
  • Passengers must present a valid ticket (printed or electronic) before boarding.
  • Fares are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed bookings remain valid at the price paid.
  • Children may be entitled to discounted fares, subject to company policy.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Passenger Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before departure to be eligible for a refund or rebooking.
  • Company Cancellations: If Sorykabus cancels a trip due to operational reasons, weather, or safety concerns, passengers will be offered a refund or alternative travel option.
  • Refunds will be processed within [insert timeframe, e.g., 7–14 working days] via the original payment method.

3. Boarding & Travel

  • Passengers must arrive at the departure point at least 30 minutes before departure. Late arrivals may result in forfeiture of the ticket without refund.
  • A valid form of identification may be required for boarding.
  • The company reserves the right to refuse travel to any passenger who is intoxicated, disruptive, or poses a safety risk.

4. Luggage Policy

  • Each passenger is entitled to bring up to 20kg of checked luggage and one small carry-on item.
  • Excess luggage may be subject to additional fees.
  • Sorykabus is not responsible for valuables, fragile items, or cash placed in checked luggage.

5. Passenger Conduct

  • Passengers must follow the instructions of the driver and staff at all times.
  • Smoking, alcohol, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited onboard.
  • Passengers are responsible for any damage they cause to company property.

6. Liability

  • Sorykabus will make every effort to operate services on time but is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
  • The company’s liability for loss, damage, or injury is limited to the extent permitted by law.
  • Passengers are responsible for their own travel documents (passport, visa, etc.) where applicable.

7. Safety

  • Seat belts must be worn where provided.
  • Emergency exits must be kept clear at all times.
  • In case of emergency, passengers must follow crew instructions immediately.

8. Changes to Service

  • Sorykabus reserves the right to change schedules, routes, or vehicle types without prior notice, due to operational needs or safety requirements.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Cambodia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in [insert location].
